Shipping policy

UK tracked delivery is included with every purchase.

Orders below £300 are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders of £300 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm on the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally delivers within one or two working days after dispatch, although delivery may take longer during particularly busy periods.

Our jewellery is presented in specially designed slim gift boxes. Most orders are packaged to fit through a standard letterbox, so you will not normally need to be at home to receive your parcel. We do not routinely require a signature because this can make delivery less convenient.

We remain responsible for your order until Royal Mail confirms delivery through its tracking system. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, we will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, an alternative item or a refund.

If you live in a communal building, would prefer a signature or require a guaranteed service, available delivery upgrades will be shown at checkout.

United States

Royal Mail tracked delivery and estimated US import duties are included in the product price. No additional delivery charge is added at checkout.

Orders are sent using a Royal Mail delivered duty paid service. This is intended to prevent the customer from receiving a separate customs duty demand before delivery.

Sales tax may still be applied where required by the customer’s state. Any tax shown separately at checkout is distinct from customs duty.

Australia, Canada and New Zealand

Available tracked delivery options and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Import duties, GST, sales taxes, customs charges and local carrier fees are not included in the product price or delivery charge. These may be collected from the recipient by the local customs authority or delivery provider before or after delivery.

European Union, including Malta

Available tracked delivery options and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are included, import VAT, customs duty and local handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested before delivery.

Jersey

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

UK VAT is not charged on goods exported to Jersey. Jersey GST and any local import or handling charges are not included and may be collected from the recipient when the parcel arrives.

Guernsey

Delivery is included where shown at checkout.

UK VAT is not charged on goods exported to Guernsey. Any customs, import or local processing charges that become payable are the responsibility of the recipient.

Isle of Man

Delivery and VAT are treated in the same way as for UK orders. Available delivery services are shown at checkout.

International delivery times

International delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin when the order is dispatched. Customs processing, local postal delays and circumstances outside our control can occasionally extend these times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Where a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected, any additional delivery costs may be deducted from the refund or charged before the parcel is sent again.
