UK postage is included with all purchases.

Orders under £300 are sent using royal mail tracked 24.  Over £300 all orders are sent royal mail special delivery guaranteed next day.

RM24 tracked is typically a one to two day service depending on time of year.  Our items are sent in specially designed slim jewellery box that with packaging will go through a letter box.  This means you don't need to be in to receive your order and we don't by default send with the requirement for a signature as this can lead to inconvenience.

We insure your order to point of royal mail confirmation of delivery on their tracking system - so rest assured that should your item not arrive we will send out a replacement, offer an alternative or refund you.

If you live in a communal building so a signature would be desirable, or require a guaranteed postage service upgrades are available on checkout.
