For the best result
- Choose a clear, well-lit photo or scan of the handwriting or drawing
- Natural daylight helps us pick up every pencil line or pen stroke
- Plain paper works best. The more contrast between the ink and the page, the more detail we can capture
- Do not worry about creases, smudges or other writing nearby. These will be removed when we create your design
- Not sure if your photo will work? Send us the version you love most. We will get in touch if we need an alternative

How it is made
1. Send your scan or photo
Upload it, and choose your subject, style and format.
2. We check and build it
We look it over ourselves and get in touch if anything needs clarifying, then build your design and prepare it for engraving.
3. Engraved and finished by hand
Cut, engraved, cleaned and polished in recycled sterling silver, then fitted and inspected before it is packed.
