This is a quality piece and beautifully made. I asked for a longer length chain and my request was met without any issue. Sometimes when an item arrives it seems smaller in real life but this was a perfect size. It was dispatched quickly and arrived today; inside the box was a lovely little bag and within that a box with the necklace, so it was very well protected during transit.
